Thursday, July 9
Stand-in daily dollar limits for debit and credit cards will begin at 10:00 PM HST on Thursday, July 9. During this time, you may have reduced access to cash. Please plan ahead for larger purchases, as these temporary limits will supersede the actual available balance in your account.
We encourage you to withdraw any cash you may need before the stand-in period begins.
Friday, July 10
Online banking will be unavailable during the early morning hours as part of our data processing system migration. Service will be restored as soon as the migration is complete. Existing usernames and passwords will remain the same.
Audio banking will be unavailable during the early morning hours in tandem with online banking. Service will be restored once the migration is complete. You will not need to re-enroll when the service becomes available.
Our branches will operate during their normal business hours, and business will resume as usual once the migration has been completed.
