ATM Card

Have access to your funds 24 hours-a-day! With our ATM card, you can withdraw cash from your account, get balance information, and transfer funds between share accounts. Members with checking accounts have the added benefit of being able to use their card to pay for purchases (point of sale) from most merchants. You will have access to American Savings Bank's and First Hawaiian Bank's network of ATMs across the State surcharge-free. And to make remembering your PIN (personal identification number) easier, you have the option of creating your own personalized number. Visit our office to sign up for a card.

VISA® Debit Card

Our debit card has all of the features of our ATM card. In addition, you can use this card to pay for merchant purchases anywhere you see the VISA logo, make purchases over the phone or on the internet. Ask us for details on how to qualify for this service.

Touch Tone Teller

Using your touch tone telephone, get current balances, transfer funds, and obtain other account information 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. This service is free! Just sign up for Touch Tone Teller and receive a Personal Identification Number to access the system.

Virtual Branch Home Banking

If you have a computer with internet access, sign up for this convenient service! Our home banking website lets you view account information, transfer funds between accounts, receive notification alerts via e-mail, view cancelled checks, e-mail questions to us, and much, much more. Contact us to sign up. This service is free!

Mobile Money

If you have a cell phone with web-browsing capabilities, you can access account information from your phone 24/7! Check account balances, find out if your direct deposit posted, transfer funds from your savings to your checking account, etc. Also, if you have text messaging, you can instruct the system to send you alerts when certain types of transactions occur. You can activate Mobile Money yourself if you currently use Virtual Branch home banking: 1) Sign in to the home banking website, 2) Click on the "Self Service" tab, 3) In the "Additional Services" section, click on "Mobile Money". Follow the prompts. If you are not a Virtual Branch home banking user, call us at (808) 871-7705 and we can assist you. This service is free!

MoneyGram Money Orders

Come to us to purchase money orders up to a maximum of $1,000.00 per money order. We charge a very nominal fee - $1.00 per money order, regardless of the amount.

American Express Travelers Cheques

Unlike other financial institutions, we do not charge a fee for travelers cheques purchases. Instead of paying fees, use the money you save for your trip! Widely-accepted American Express® Travelers Cheques are available in $50.00, $100.00 and $500.00 denominations.

Notary Public

We offer Notary Public services at no cost to our members. We strongly recommend that you make an appointment to ensure that a Notary Public will be available. You will be required to provide an unexpired form of identification, such as a driver’s license, state ID card or passport.

A fee will be charged to non-members for each document that is notarized.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment*

Members (the first name on the account) are eligible to enroll for $2,000.00 in accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage at no additional charge. The member is the insured. To sign up, just complete and submit an enrollment form.
