Who can join Kahului Federal Credit Union? We are chartered to provide financial services to people who live, work or worship in the following areas on the island of Maui:

- Kahului -

- Paia -

- Kuau -

- Sprecklesville -

You may also qualify if you are:

An immediate family member of an existing member (for the definition of immediate family member, click here)

A full-time student attending a school which is located in any of the areas listed above.

A spouse of someone who died while within the field of membership.

A person who retired as a pensioner or annuitant from a business in the areas listed above.

A person who has an immediate family member who has the potential to join Kahului FCU.

A household member who shares in the same economic benefit living under the same roof with an existing member.

How do I Join the Credit Union? If you fall within our field of membership (see qualifications listed above), come to our office at 25 West Kamehameha Avenue (click here for map). Open a regular share (savings) account with at least $51.00 (which is a $50.00 minimum deposit plus a $1.00 one-time nonrefundable membership fee). Also, please present your government-issued identification (e.g. driver's license, state identification, etc.)

Once a Member, Always a Member! Join the Kahului Federal Credit Union and you will always be a member as long as you maintain your account with us, even if your residence or your employment changes and you are no longer within our field of membership!
